2026 HOA Dues
2026 HOA invoices were sent via email or USPS on 3/30. Payment was due by 4/30. Please make any past due payments at your earliest convenience.

Food trucks will visit monthly, and will park at the corner of Jamestown and Vine Drive. The schedule for food trucks can be found here.
Is there a Facebook Page for Lancaster?
There is an unofficial, shared Facebook page with our neighboring subdivision, Beacon Square. Inquiries and concerns should be brought to the board directly via our website rather than Facebook if you would like a direct response from the HOA Board.
